Follow the steps below. Take your time — nothing here can break your computer 🙂
Click the RustDesk download link we provided. When it finishes, you may see a warning that it “isn’t commonly downloaded.” This is normal.
In the downloads list, click the three dots next to the RustDesk file, then click Keep.
Windows may show another message asking you to confirm. Click the small arrow next to Delete and select Keep anyway.
Click Open file in your Downloads list.
Once RustDesk opens, you’ll see an ID and a One-time password. Please read both to our support person.
On the left side under Your Desktop, you’ll see:
When prompted, click the green Accept and elevate button.
